Governor McDonnell Announces Board Appointments

and Appointment to Administration

RICHMOND – Governor Bob McDonnell today announced an appointment to his administration in the Public Safety Secretariat. He also announced appointments to 16 boards and commissions. Further announcements regarding additional appointments in the McDonnell administration will continue to be made in the months ahead.

Office of the Secretary of Public Safety

Jeannie Kronenthal, Executive Assistant

Jeannie Kronenthal previously worked in Washington, D.C. for the Independent Petroleum Association of America as Senior Legislative and Grassroots Coordinator and at the National Ocean Industries Association as Government Affairs Associate. Prior to working on energy related issues, Kronenthal worked at the Tarrance Group as research associate. The Yorktown native is a graduate of James Madison University with a degree in history and a graduate certificate in political management from George Washington University.
