Clark Nexsen Announces New Board Members

NORFOLK, VIRGINIA April 17, 2012– Clark Nexsen, an established leader in providing architecture, engineering, interior design, planning, and landscape architecture services announces that Samuel K. Estep, PE, LEED AP and Teresa S. H all, PE, LEED AP have joined the Clark Nexsen Board of Directors, which currently consists of five other members.

Since joining the firm in 1996, Samuel K Estep, PE, LEED P has served Clark
Nexsen in such capacities as structural engineer, Director of Structural Engineering,

Project Manager and Managing Principal on numerous government, commercial and industrial projects throughout North America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, and the Caribbean. Currently serving as Operations Director for t e firm, Estep has extensive experience with project planning, design and construction administration for NAVFAC, USACE, the Department of Defense (DoD) and other Federal clients. Estep joins the Board of Directors with extensive knowledge of the firm and experience in the A/E industry that will help him guide Clark Nexsen to continued

success and growth in the years to come.

Teresa S. Hall, P.E., LEED AP has over 13 years of leadership experience with Clark Nexsen where she has held such positions as Senior Me chanical Engineer, Project Manager, Principal, and most recently Operations Dir ector. In 2003, she was given the opportunity to open a branch office of Clark N xsen in Raleigh, North Carolina. Through her exemplary leadership, the office has s een tremendous expansion and success, starting out with only two employees and growing to almost 70 in 2012. Hall is a strong believer in the hiring of a talented, motivated, and passionate staff, and making market sector diversity and Client and Employee

satisfaction a top ppriority. The Raleigh Office was opened to better serve Higher Education Clients. Today, that office h as diversified its market base to include not only Higher Education, but also Federal, State, Municipal, Co mmercial, and Private Clients. Project types i nclude design of Academic Buildings, Recreational Facilities, Laboratories and Research Buildings, Greenhouses, Corporate Office Buildings, Student Housing and more.
